Meditation Humour

Ok.

So, it’s coming up to the end of the school term.  Everyone in my family is exhausted.  We’ve been ridiculously busy.  We’ve been working hard, both individually and collectively.

I’ve got the beginnings of a cold as well as a tired back – so I thought a little bit of mirth and merriment might make us feel better.

Meditation combined with humour – meditation humour – helps me with feeling better as well as putting things into perspective.

We don’t just have deep and meaningful conversations here at MatthewsBack.com

We have a sense of humour too.  Well, at least I’d like to think we do.

Obviously extra special thanks and all Dilbert credit goes to Scott Adams at Dilbert.com

They say that laughter is the best medicine.  Especially now that I’m not currently working in Corporate Australia and I can see the funny side of Dilbert that was my reality for far too long.  Dilbert was always funny.  Now, it’s even funnier !

Is it just me, or are the Dilbert cartoons scarily accurate ?

These certainly made me smile 🙂

What do you do when you are not feeling the best ?  Let me know in the comments below.

Thanks,

Matthew
