So, it’s coming up to the end of the school term. Everyone in my family is exhausted. We’ve been ridiculously busy. We’ve been working hard, both individually and collectively.
I’ve got the beginnings of a cold as well as a tired back – so I thought a little bit of mirth and merriment might make us feel better.
Meditation combined with humour – meditation humour – helps me with feeling better as well as putting things into perspective.

They say that laughter is the best medicine. Especially now that I’m not currently working in Corporate Australia and I can see the funny side of Dilbert that was my reality for far too long. Dilbert was always funny. Now, it’s even funnier !
